Booking Confirmation Emails
When you confirm a booking in ProPet an automatic email gets sent to the customer letting them know their booking request has been confirmed. This seriously alleviates time spent writing and re-writing the same confirmation emails.
Obviously the information in the confirmation email is important, and it’s information the customer needs in order to have a positive experience at your business, but you shouldn’t have to manually write and send the same email every time you confirm a new booking.
Thankfully, with ProPet you don’t have to.
All you need to do is create an email template by clicking on Settings>Booking Confirmation Emails and then pick the type of booking confirmation email you’d like to create a template for. Whether it’s Boarding, Daycare, Grooming or Training, simply click Add Confirmation Template below the service headline or Edit next to an existing template to get started.
Once your write-up is added to the template, and you save your work, the software will automatically send it to a customer once you save their booking request. The email will also automatically include a booking summary and any instructions triggered by missing agreements or vaccination information.
Reminder & Thank You Emails
ProPet’s reminder and thank you emails are an easy way to maintain active communications with your clients without needing to manually write and send emails all day. By utilizing ProPet’s automated reminder and thank you emails you alleviate the need to track individual bookings to ensure they’re receiving the proper reminders and follow-ups. Just set it and forget it.
You can create a template write-up, choose which service the email is applicable for, and set how many days before their booking the customer will receive their reminder.
Just click Settings>Reminder & Thank You Emails and then click which type of email you’d like to create a template for.
After running a transaction ProPet can automatically email your customer their invoice. Simply process the charge as normal and the moment you hit Accept Payment the transaction will be processed and a digital copy of the invoice will be sent to whichever email the customer has on file.
This makes it way easier for your customers to keep track of their invoices. It also limits the time you spend with customers who may call or email you throughout the day asking you to send their invoicing information.
