How Can We Help?
To view, edit, or add an agreement:
Go to Settings:
- Click the settings tab on the left-hand side.
Navigate to Agreements:
- Scroll down to the “Forms” section.
- Click on “Agreements.”
Add or Edit an Agreement on the Agreement Page:
- Click an existing agreement or click “Add New Agreement”
- Ensure the status is set to “Published” and “Live.”
- Choose whether the agreement applies to every booking or only first-time bookings.
- Select the type of signature accepted:
- Checkbox confirm
- Checkbox confirm and ask for full name
- Download, print, and sign
- You can attach the agreement.
- Ensure you choose which services the agreement should apply to.
- If you make substantial changes to an agreement, set the setting “Is this an official revision?…” to “Yes, customers must re-sign this agreement.” For minor changes, like correcting spelling, set it to “No, this is a minor edit only.”
