To view, edit, or add an agreement:

Go to Settings:

  • Click the settings tab on the left-hand side.

Navigate to Agreements:

  • Scroll down to the “Forms” section.
  • Click on “Agreements.”

Add or Edit an Agreement on the Agreement Page:

  • Click an existing agreement or click “Add New Agreement”
  • Ensure the status is set to “Published” and “Live.”
  • Choose whether the agreement applies to every booking or only first-time bookings.
  • Select the type of signature accepted:
    • Checkbox confirm
    • Checkbox confirm and ask for full name
    • Download, print, and sign
  • You can attach the agreement.
  • Ensure you choose which services the agreement should apply to.
  • If you make substantial changes to an agreement, set the setting “Is this an official revision?…” to “Yes, customers must re-sign this agreement.” For minor changes, like correcting spelling, set it to “No, this is a minor edit only.”
