How Can We Help?
It is now possible for you to set that every agreement created and viewed by a customer, needs to be signed by filling in their full name.
- Go to settings
2. Under forms, select “agreements”
3. Select the agreements that you would like to have the sign full name option
Next to “type of signature accepted” check the box that states “checkbox/confirm and ask for full name”.
There are also two other types of signed agreements, such as checkbox confirm and download, print and sign. So you will have the option to choose between these three.
