Google analytics lets the admin know what the customers are doing on the customer portal. It will tell the admin/business ower what people are clicking on the most so they know what services are most popular within their facility.
Once you have received your google analytics code, you will be able to insert this code into the software

Select general settings
Step 2: Adding your Google Analytics code
Scroll down to “online booking options”
Select “google analytics code for the customer portal” there you will be able to add in the code.
When you confirm a booking in ProPet an automatic email gets sent to the customer letting them know their booking request has been confirmed. This seriously alleviates time spent writing and re-writing the same confirmation emails.
