Whether you are closed for the day or have shortened hours over the holidays, you can set these up within your hours of operation. This will impact how your customers and, optionally, your staff can book reservations.
Step 1: Hours of operation
- Go to settings
- Under administration, select Hours of Operation
- Select Add New Holiday
- Add the name of the Holiday
- Add the singular date or the date range
- Add the hours and select how the hours apply. For example, closed for drop-offs, pick-ups or both
- Select which services the holiday hours apply to and whether they apply when staff create new bookings.
- Choose whether the hours apply to the staff members (important for those facilities using scheduled services and allowing customers to choose dates and times).
