If you need to add special work hours for vacation, appointments, or simply out of the normal hours for your staff, you can now add this into your users/staff hours of operation under their “Special Work Hours“.

Additionally, you can copy your Holiday Hours of Operation to your users.

 

Holiday Hours Added to Users

  1. Go to settings
  2. Administration
  3. Hours of operation
  4. Select any of the service/holiday hoursHow do I add special hours of operation to the users 9

     

  5. Select the edit button in blue, next to the selected hours that you would like to edit.

  6. Check the box next to the staff you want to copy the holiday hour to

Special Work Hours for Users

  1. Go to Settings
  2. User Management
  3. Under Users, select the user you wish to add the special work hours to
  4. Special Work Hours Tab
  5. Add the special hour to shorten or extend the hours over a date range
  6. Save.
