If you need to add special work hours for vacation, appointments, or simply out of the normal hours for your staff, you can now add this into your users/staff hours of operation under their “Special Work Hours“.
Additionally, you can copy your Holiday Hours of Operation to your users.
Holiday Hours Added to Users
- Go to settings
- Administration
- Hours of operation
- Select any of the service/holiday hours
- Select the edit button in blue, next to the selected hours that you would like to edit.

- Check the box next to the staff you want to copy the holiday hour to

Special Work Hours for Users
- Go to Settings
- User Management
- Under Users, select the user you wish to add the special work hours to
- Special Work Hours Tab
- Add the special hour to shorten or extend the hours over a date range
- Save.
