To adjust a prepaid package on a customer’s profile, you will need to search the customer up in the search bar above the screen, then you will need to select ‘prepaid package’ in the side column below the book now button.

Once you are there you can select the amount of passes remaining, highlighted in blue, to adjust the amount of passes that this customer has.

Or you can select the booking number highlighted in blue, select ‘add custom adjustment’, type in the description, the price, the quantity, the tax, and the charge category then select save.
