Adjusting the Number of Passes In a Prepaid Package
Sometimes, a prepaid package for a customer calls for a manual adjustment. To manually adjust the number of passes, simply follow these steps:
- Navigate to the customer’s profile
- Prepaid Packages
- Find the package that requires the manual adjustment
- Click the blue highlighted number of passes
- In the dialogue box, add or remove the desired number of passes from the total number of passes available
For example, if your package comes with 20 passes but you need to manually remove 2 passes, then you would subtract 2 from 20 leaving you with 18 available passes
- Update
Tip: Add a note to the Prepaid package order to track the changes and reasons for the edit. You can do so by clicking the pen and paper icon, , on the right-hand side of the screen. Your customers can NOT see these notes.
