How Can We Help?
To change the status of a pet, you will need to go to the search bar at the top of the page and type in the pets name or customers name, then you will need to select ‘pet summary’ there you will select edit beside the pet that you would like to change the status of. If you scroll down you will see ‘pet status’ you will be then given a drop-down of pet statuses to choose from, first-time pet, active, inactive, deceased.
To add an additional pet to a customer’s profile, you will need to search that customer’s name in the search bar at the top of the screen, then you will need to select ‘pet summary’. At the top of the pet summary page, you will have the option to ‘add new pet’.
