If you wish to prompt tips from your customers, you will need to open an account with Chosen Payments. Click here for more information or email Micah at micah.platt@chosenpayments.com.

Once you connect your account, you can accept tips.

To setup tip categories, go to: “Settings” > “Pricing” > “Customer Charge Categories” > “Add Custom Charge Type”

Once tip categories are added, go to “Settings” > “Online Payments”. Under Tracking tips, select “Yes” for Automatically track tips and chose how you would like to record your tips.
