If initials are required when booking or editing, the user or admin will have to put their initials when editing the length of the booking from the “edit” page of the reservation, from the kennel view or from calendars, the user will be prompted to add their initials before proceeding with the change when editing the length of the booking from the “edit” page of the reservation, from the kennel view. To enable this setting, go to the left-hand side of your screen to settings > general settings > booking interface options > staff must provide initials when editing an existing booking. There you will enable it to ‘yes’.

  2. Select ‘yes’ or ‘no’
