To remove/delete credit from an account, you will need to go to the customer’s profile from which you would like to remove the credit.
To edit a customer’s credit, you will first need to navigate to the customer profile, then select either the:
- “Credit History” on the side column below the BOOK NOW button.
OR - The blue highlighted dollar amount beside “Available Credit”
There, you will see the available credit that the customer has on their account. To remove this, select the “Edit” highlighted in blue beside the credit amount and select “Delete Payment”.
