How Can We Help?
To remove credit from an account, you will need to go to the customer’s profile that you would like to remove the credit from. You will then need to go ‘credit history’ located in the side column below the ‘book now’ button. There, you will see the available credit that the customer has on their account, to remove this, select the amount that is highlighted in blue, cancel it so that the credit is at 0, then select the checkmark once you are done.
It will then say the credit balance is empty, which means you have removed credit from the customer’s account.
