Setting up your rates

To set up your rates as “Date Picker”, “Date Picker with time slots” or “Date Picker with timeslots and staff filter” 

  1. Go to settings
  2. Click on the price list for the rates you wish to update the scheduling mode
  3. Click on “edit” pencil icon beside the rate you wish to edit
  4. Beside the “Customer portal scheduling mode” set the rate as “Date Picker”, “Date picker with timeslot” or “Date picker with timeslots and staff filter”

  5. Save 

Setting up your users

To set up the availability of your users:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Click on user management
  3. Click on “edit” by the user you wish to connect to your rate 
  4. Click on the Services Tab
  5. Checkmark beside all the services this staff member can complete
  6. Set the maximum number of pets per timeslot, max number of customers per time slot, and time slot duration which can either be the same as the rate duration or you can choose to add some extra time.

    ***Note: For the “Time Slots” option, the slot times must be bigger than 10 minutes 
  7. Select how the customer sees the duration. They can either see just the duration of the service (booking duration), or the “time slot duration” with the extra time. 
  8. Click on the “Regular Work Hours” tab to set the work hours. You can also add special work hours for things like holidays, or extended or shortened work days under the “Special Work Hours” tab.
