How do you add sales tax to your services?

Adding sales tax to your services:

ProPet facilitates the breakdown of taxes per line item for more accurate financial reporting.

To set up your taxes:

1. Settings
2. Pricing
3. Taxes​
4. Add new tax:
   
5. Fill out the appropriate information:
   
6. Save

When creating or editing your rate(s), you can add the tax(s) individually and choose whether the tax is included in the price.

**Important Information**

For those facilities using the Quickbooks Online Integration, we are limited in how we can push tax records into Quickbooks. We can only push one record for tax per line item. As a result, any facilities with 2 taxes will need to create a combined tax type in order to be pushed into Quickbooks properly.
