When you update your rates in ProPet, any previous invoices booked at that old rate(s) and prices will stay the same. If you want to include new rates or update the pricing, all you need to do is update the “Pricing Date” of the invoice.
To do this, simply navigate to the reservation in question and edit the reservation. Then click on the blue text beside the “Price Date:”, click on the drop-down menu and select “Apply current rates”.
The software will double-check that you wish to update the date and warns that it could affect prices and available rates. Select Ok. You will now be able to see all the rates and prices currently set up in your account.
If at any point you need to review these changes, you can always click on the “Show log of changes to this order” located at the bottom of the reservation summary. This will include a list of all changes made to the invoice including the change of the pricing date.
You can revert the pricing date back to the original date that the reservation was created simply by following the same steps but selecting the original date from the drop-down menu rather than the current pricing date.
