What are my Group Classes Options?

Propet offers 3 different types of group classes that you can create. Here are the different types:

Fixed Price

Fixed price group classes allow you to create a program with specific dates and times and only require one payment for all classes. You also have the flexibility to assign one or multiple trainers to the class.

This option works best for classes that:

• Have a set number of dates
• Expect the customer to attend each date to gain information sequentially
• Require 1 payment for the set of days

Fixed Price with sessions

Fixed Price with sessions allows you to create a program with specific dates and times and only requires one payment for all classes. You can create multiple versions of these classes that take place on a reoccurring basis. You also have the flexibility to assign different or multiple trainers to each group class session.

This option works best for classes that:

• Have a set number of dates
• Expect the customer to attend each date to gain information sequentially
• Require 1 payment for the set of days
• Repeat the same classes on multiple days of the week or repeat the same class throughout the year

Per Class Pricing

Per Class pricing allows you to create a class with multiple dates and class times but only requires payments on a per-class basis. You can require a minimum number of classes that must be selected before your customers can complete their requests or allow them go date by date.

This option can be partnered with pre-paid packages that apply a pass to each class. This will allow you to have customers purchase a certain number of classes in advance but gives your customers the freedom to book the classes at their own pace.

This option works best for classes that:

• Charge per class
• Are flexible with customer attendance
• Whose classes do not have sequential information that requires the customer to attend in order.
• Allow drop-ins to their classes

• Set location for classes that take place off-site
• Minimum number of pets per class
• Maximum number of pets per class
• Maximum days in advance for signup (if applicable)
• Minimum days in advance (if applicable)
