Where can I see the customers who have bad debts?

ProPet provides a report specifically for bad debt to make it easier to review those debts and customers.

The bad debt report shows all the reservations that have been marked as “Bad debt”. You can access this report by navigating to your:

1. Reports
2. Financial 
3. Bad Debts
4. Add the date. This report will generate all the cases of bad debt that were created up until the date selected
   

You will see a breakdown summary of bad debt by service type, by the individual invoice and you can revoke the bad Debt Status if required.
