On the admin side of your ProPet account, you can access the Notifications section on each dashboard. This section helps you stay informed about key updates and actions taken by customers.
Types of Notifications
The Notifications section includes updates for:
- New customer registration
- New online booking request
- Cancellation request for a confirmed booking
- Change request requiring approval for a confirmed booking
- Edits made to a booking request
- Customer booked online without a request
- Vaccination document uploaded
- Signed agreement uploaded
- Payment made using customer credit or credit card
- Last voucher used
- Customer message sent from within ProPet
Managing Notifications
- Acknowledge a notification – Click the grey checkmark.
- View notification details – Click the blue arrow.
- Delete a notification – Click the red trash can.
Filtering Notifications
You can view notifications by category:
- All
- Customer
- Boarding
- Daycare
- Grooming
- Training
- Retail
When viewing the Customer notification category, you can filter by specific notification types.
Enabling Notifications for Customer & Pet Form Edits
To receive a dashboard notification when a customer makes changes to a Customer Form or Pet Form, enable the “Notify when Edited” checkbox for the relevant fields.
Deleted Dashboard Notifications Report
If needed, you can generate a Deleted Dashboard Notifications report:
- Reports > Miscellaneous > Deleted Dashboard Notifications
