There are several reasons why a customer or staff member will not see a rate. Some common reasons for being unable to see a rate include the following:
- The rate has weight rules.
- The rate has age rules.
- The rate has a color code rule associated with it, which could be either a customer color code or a pet color code.
- The rate requires a certain number of pets to be booked.
To check if any of these conditions affect the rate in question, navigate to the rate settings by going to Settings, then Pricing. Click the pencil icon on the right side of the rate. In the edit rate screen, you will be able to see the number of pets required for the rate to be displayed, as well as any associated rules.
If these reasons do not explain why the rate is not visible to you or your customer, ensure that the rate is set to Active and not set to Admin Only (If customers are supposed to be able to book the rate from the portal).
