Personalizing Emails
To personalize your email templates, start by selecting ‘Settings’ from the left side panel. Under ‘Emails & Screen Messages’, you will find a variety of email templates.
On each page, you will notice there is a list of variable substitutes, which you are welcome to include in your emails (e.g., *business*, *customer*, *firstname*).
When the variable substitute is included in an email, ProPet will replace it with the information that’s needed.
Remember to click ‘Save’ after making any changes.
If there are templates you do not want to use, you can simply leave them blank or delete them.
