If your customer has lost their password, claims they never received their welcome email, had their profile created before they were ready to use it, or has a new email address, you might need to re-send their welcome email.
To re-send a welcome email, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the customer’s profile using the search bar.
- Ensure you are on the customer overview tab.
- Click the edit button beside their name.
- On the right-hand side of the edit customer page, click the Actions button.
- Select the “Re-send welcome email” option.
The welcome email template will auto-populate with a login link and a temporary password.
After confirming the email details, click “Re-send email” to send it.
