How do I contact ProPet Customer Support?

1. Through the Help Button

• Navigate to the bottom left corner of your screen.
• Click on the Help button.
• Submit your help ticket through the displayed form.
• Remember to include important details. For example, booking number, customer name, screenshot of the issue, etc. 

2. Via Email:

• Send an email to support@propetware.com.
• Provide details about your issue (e.g., booking number, customer name, screenshots, etc.), and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
