How do I contact ProPet Customer Support?
1. Through the Help Button
- Navigate to the bottom left corner of your screen.
- Click on the Help button.
- Submit your help ticket through the displayed form.
- Remember to include important details. For example, booking number, customer name, screenshot of the issue, etc.
2. Via Email:
- Send an email to support@propetware.com.
- Provide details about your issue (e.g., booking number, customer name, screenshots, etc.), and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
