As our modern-day society evolves and enhances our cyber security, email spam filtering is becoming a natural process in our day-to-day lives. However, in doing so, sometimes we block non-malicious messages from arriving in our inbox that we do not intend to.
To help combat this, email providers offer the ability to whitelist specific domain names so we can ensure those emails we need arrive where we need them! Whitelisting is adding an email to an approved sender list in your system, so emails from a legitimate sender, in this case, ProPet support, are never blocked or moved to your spam folder.
To ensure you receive our ProPet support emails, we highly recommend whitelisting our ProPet support email address, support@propetware.com, with your email provider. As each provider has unique instructions to whitelist their email addresses, we cannot offer instructions for all. However, we have provided you with instructions for a few of the major email providers.
