Reminder emails can be sent X# of days before your pet(s) are due to arrive or before they are due to depart (for boarding). You can create a reminder template for one or more service types and select which time of day you would like the reminder to be sent.
You can choose to include a “Request confirmation” setting, which will add a confirmation button in the reminder email. If the customer clicks the confirmation notice, then you will see a “Booking Confirmed” on the order summary and on the daily reports for the service type.
Each reminder e-mail will include a summary of the reservation details and a link to their customer portal and reservation.
Boarding reminder e-mail:
The boarding reminder will be sent before the arrival date or before the date they are due to depart.
Daycare reminder e-mail:
If the daycare order consists of multiple dates, a reminder email will be sent out prior to each date of daycare.
Private training reminder e-mail:
If the private training order consists of more than one training session, a reminder e-mail will be sent prior to each individually scheduled date.
Group class reminder e-mail:
No matter which type of group class structure is used, a reminder email will be sent before each class date. For example, a fixed price or fixed price with sessions set with multiple dates will send a reminder email prior to each date of the class.
