Smart Medication Report

We have added a Smart Medication report so that you can track the daily administration of the pets’ medication during their stay. To run the report, select the date and time(s) of day that you would like to view. You can also choose if you want to display all the pets scheduled for that day, only the checked in pets or only the checked out pets.

The report will produce a list of all the pets in your facility that are scheduled to receive medication at that time; it will display the pet and booking’s basic information, the answers to all of the Smart Medication questions as well as the Medication Status. You can set the status of each time the medication administration to keep track of whether or not the pet received it.

Booking Sheet:

To add the Smart Medication grid to the booking sheet, go to the Settings > Administration > Booking Sheet Settings. Select the booking sheet you would like to add them to and then set “Show smart medication grid” to Yes. This will display a grid on the booking sheets with the medication status for each day of the pet’s stay.
