Google analytics lets the admin know what the customers are doing on the customer portal. It will tell the admin/business owner what people are clicking on the most so they know what services are most popular within their facility.
You can find more information about how to find your Google Tracking ID here.
Once you have received your google analytics code, you will be able to insert this code into the software.
Step 1: General settings
- Go to settings
- Select general settings
Step 2: Adding your Google Analytics code
- Scroll down to “online booking options”
- Copy your code into the blank field
- Save
