How do I add an email and SMS signature?

It is now possible to add an SMS signature to the bottom of each text message and a signature to include at the bottom of your emails to your customers.

Email Signature:

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down to Templates
3. Select “Customer Emails & Notifications”
4. Once on that page, scroll down to the bottom where you will find a template called “Message Signature”

Text message signature:

1. Settings
2. Text Message Settings
3. Add your signature in the “Text message signature” box
