You are now able to enable and disable the making of new accounts by customers when they are on the customer portal. To be able to do so, you will have to go to the left-hand side of your screen, go to settings > general settings > online booking options. There if you look under the heading, will be an option where you can change whether you would like to have the feature disabled or enabled for “ the customer can create new accounts option”

- Go to settings
- Under administration, select general settings.
Step 2: Online booking options
- under online booking options, select “allow customers to create new profile”. there you will be able to deny/allow
customers from creating new accounts.
