When a client does not show up for their reservation or appointment, you can mark the reservation as a “No Show”. Doing so will cancel the reservation but leave the balance owing for the order. You can add reasons for the no show by navigating to your Settings > No Show Reasons. There you will be able to add no show options. When a customer does not show up for a service, they will still be charged for the full balance of their order.
To create no show options:
- Go to settings
- Under administration, select “no show options”
- Add No Show Options (reasons)
To add a “no show” to a pet:
- Go to your dashboard
- In the checking in option, select the arrow icon
- Select no show
- Select an option for the no show reason and press save.
- The balance owing for the invoice will remain as an outstanding balance.
