When a client does not show up for their reservation or appointment, you can mark the reservation as a “No Show”. Doing so will cancel the reservation but leave the balance owing for the order. You can add reasons for the no show by navigating to your Settings > No Show Reasons. There you will be able to add no show options. When a customer does not show up for a service, they will still be charged for the full balance of their order.

 

To create no show options:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Under administration, select “no show options” 
  3. Add No Show Options (reasons)

To add a “no show” to a pet:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. In the checking in option, select the arrow icon
  3. Select no show

  4. Select an option for the no show reason and press save.
  5. The balance owing for the invoice will remain as an outstanding balance.
