How Can We Help?
It is now possible to mark and add a scheduled event as “no show” for grooming, training, classes, and scheduled events. To be able to mark a ‘no show’ you will have to go to the left hand of your screen, go to settings > no show reasons. There you will be able to add no show options. When a customer does not show up for a service, they will still be charged.
To create no show options:
- Go to settings
- Under administration, select “no show options”
- Add no show options (reasons)
To add a “no show” to a pet:
- Go to your dashboard
- In the checking in option, select the arrow icon
- Select no show
- Select an option for the no show reason and press save
