It is now possible to set role permission that allows you as the admin to prevent or allow staff members from viewing any customer contact information from the customer’s profile


Step 1: Edit roles

  1. Go to settings
  2. Select user management
  3. Select a role you would like to edit


Step 2: Customer and pet

  1. Scroll down to “customer and pet”
  2. Select either ‘yes’ or ‘no’
