It is now possible to add an SMS signature to the bottom of each text message and a signature to include at the bottom of your emails to your customers.
Email Signature:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to Templates
- Select “Customer Emails & Notifications”
- Once on that page, scroll down to the bottom where you will find a template called “Message Signature”
Text message signature:
- Settings
- Text Message Settings
- Add your signature in the “Text message signature” box
