It is now possible to track initials for grooming, scheduled events, and training. Whenever a user schedules an event they will have to put in their initials, so that the admin can keep track of who does what. To do so, you will have to go to the left-hand side of your screen, go to settings > general settings > booking interface default. The user can also track initials. To be able to track who logs in their initials while checking in and out customers from services, you will have to go to reports > miscellaneous> user logs.
Step 1: To make initials mandatory:
- Go to settings
- Select general settings
Step 2: initials required for bookings.
- Scroll down to “booking interface defaults”
- Select ‘yes’ or ‘no’ beside the option you would like to have initials required for Bookings.
