It is now possible to track initials for grooming, scheduled events, and training bookings. Whenever a user schedules an event or booking they will have the option to make initials mandatory so that the admin can keep track of who does what. To do so, navigate to your Settings > General Settings > Booking Interface > Multiple Settings related to Initials. To review the initials for actions related to bookings, navigate to Reports > Miscellaneous > User Logs.
Step 1: To make initials mandatory:
- Go to settings
- Select general settings
Step 2: Initials required for bookings.
- Scroll down to “booking interface defaults”
- Select ‘yes’ or ‘no’ beside the option you would like to have initials required for Bookings.
