Confirmation Emails/Texts:
EMAIL: Upon confirmation of a reservation or reservation request, you can opt to send the customer a confirmation email. This email will include a link attached that will bring them to the login page. After logging in, they will be brought to the reservation details corresponding to the confirmation email.
You can choose whether the email includes the “General reservation summary with dates only” or “Detailed reservation summary with dates, line items and prices”. You can also choose to add the “Include hours of operation on confirmation/pending/reminder emails”.
TEXT: When you receive a confirmation text, the message will say the date of your reservation, along with a link that will bring you to a page where the customer can confirm and view your booking.
