  • How do I process a payment in ProPet?

To process a payment in ProPet, you will need to first go to the customer’s profile, once you are there you will need to go to the customers booking history and select any reservation that has an amount owing on it.

There you can see the payment amount, choose the method of payment, you will be able to see the date the payment was made, who it was paid by. You can also add any additional notes, add your initials then accept the payment

Then accept the payment balance.
